These terms cover your use of the website at wisdomsystems.ai and the free and paid content, courses, templates, and resources we offer through it ("the Site"). They are written in plain language. By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Wisdom Systems AI ("we," "us," "our") is an Illinois business operated by Dylan Wise. You can reach us anytime at info@wisdomsystems.ai.
Educational content - not professional advice
Everything on the Site - articles, videos, courses, templates, frameworks, and the AI Operator material - is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific situation. Decisions you make based on our content are your own. For your own legal, tax, or compliance questions, consult a licensed professional.
No guaranteed results
We teach how to build and run AI systems, and we share what has worked for us and others. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome - including revenue, clients, savings, time saved, or business results. Any examples, case studies, or numbers we share are illustrations of what is possible, not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on many factors we don't control, including your effort, skill, market, and execution. You are responsible for your own business decisions and their outcomes.
AI-specific disclaimer
AI tools and models produce outputs that can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given use. Our content and any tools we demonstrate are provided to help you learn to build responsibly. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any AI output before relying on it, and for using AI in compliance with the laws and platform terms that apply to you.
Client services are governed by a separate agreement
If you engage us for paid done-with-you or done-for-you work, that engagement is governed by the separate written services agreement and statement of work we both sign - not by this page. Where that signed agreement and these Terms differ, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. Nothing on the Site is an offer to create a professional or fiduciary relationship by itself.
Purchases, courses, and refunds
Prices and offers shown on the Site may change. Any refund terms for a specific product or course are stated at the point of purchase and apply to that product. Access to digital products and communities may be suspended or ended for misuse, chargeback abuse, or breach of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Site and our original content, branding, and materials are owned by Wisdom Systems AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use what you've accessed or purchased for your own business and learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our paid materials, or present them as your own, without written permission. Some templates we provide may incorporate third-party materials under their own open licenses (for example, Creative Commons); those are governed by their respective license terms.
Your responsibilities (acceptable use)
- Use the Site lawfully and don't misuse it, attack it, or try to break its security.
- Don't upload or submit anything unlawful, infringing, or that isn't yours to share.
- Don't use our content to build something that violates the law or another party's rights.
Third-party links and tools
The Site links to and references third-party tools, platforms, and websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices. Using a third-party tool is between you and that provider, under their terms.
"As is," and the limits of our liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisdom Systems AI and Dylan Wise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or its content - even if we've been advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or its free content will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), or, for a paid product, the amount you paid us for that product. (Paid client engagements are capped instead by their own signed agreement.)
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
