How Wisdom Systems AI LLC handles information submitted through this website and during engagements.

01. Information we collect

We collect information you send us by email, such as your name, email, service interest, business or property details, and description of the work. Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as the pages requested and the IP address they came from.

02. How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, assess fit, scope engagements, and administer agreed work. We do not sell personal information.

03. Documents shared during an engagement

Operational documents shared for an assessment or implementation are handled under the terms of the signed agreement for that engagement, which governs permitted processing, authorized providers, retention, export, and deletion.

04. Service providers

New inquiries from this website arrive by email at info@wisdomsystems.ai and are kept in our business email. Earlier inquiries collected through Netlify Forms or our former ClickUp form remain retained under this policy; switching providers does not delete those records. We use third-party providers for hosting, email and AI processing during applicable engagements. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms. The specific providers used in an engagement are identified in the agreement for that engagement.

For the hosted Cubestead app: your database is stored in Ohio, in the United States, and the app is hosted in Chicago. To answer a question, the relevant passages from your records are sent to Anthropic's Claude and processed in the United States only. Data return and deletion at the end of service are agreed in writing.

05. Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, unless you ask us to delete it. Engagement data retention follows the applicable agreement.

06. Your choices

Write to info@wisdomsystems.ai to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted. We will respond within a reasonable period.

07. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08. Changes and contact
