How Wisdom Systems AI LLC handles information submitted through this website and during engagements.

Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through forms or email: name, work email, company, role, portfolio size, and anything you describe about your operation. We also collect basic technical data such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, assess fit, scope engagements, and administer agreed work. We do not sell personal information.
Documents shared during an engagement
Operational documents shared for an assessment or implementation are handled under the terms of the signed agreement for that engagement, which governs permitted processing, authorized providers, retention, export, and deletion.
Service providers
Website inquiries are collected and stored through Netlify Forms. We use third-party providers for hosting, email, analytics, and AI processing during applicable engagements. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms. The specific providers used in an engagement are identified in the agreement for that engagement.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, unless you ask us to delete it. Engagement data retention follows the applicable agreement.
Your choices
Write to info@wisdomsystems.ai to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
