We practice what we teach: use AI and the web without treating your data like confetti. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and what we never do.

The short version. We collect your email when you ask us to. We use privacy-respecting analytics with no cookies. We don't run ads, we don't sell your data, and we don't track you across the web.

Who we are

Wisdom Systems AI ("we," "us") operates the website at wisdomsystems.ai. You can reach us anytime at info@wisdomsystems.ai.

What we collect

Information you give us through forms. When you request the Starter Map or submit an implementation intake, we collect the details you enter - typically your name, email address, and (for intakes) your company and a description of what you want automated.
Privacy-respecting analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate traffic - page views, referrers, and rough country-level location. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal or identifiable information. The data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.
Basic server logs. Our host (Netlify) may record standard request data such as IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this for tracking or advertising.

What we do not do

No tracking cookies and no cross-site tracking.
No advertising networks and no ad targeting. No ads, ever.
No selling, renting, or trading your personal information.
No fingerprinting or hidden profiling.

How we use your information

To deliver what you asked for - for example, sending the Starter Map and replying to an intake.
To send occasional emails about our products, workflows, and updates if you joined our list. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

Email and the tools we use

Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify Forms) and may be passed to our email provider (Kit / ConvertKit) so we can send what you requested. These providers process the data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security terms. We share only what's necessary to deliver the service.

How long we keep it

We keep email-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Intake submissions are kept while we evaluate and (if we work together) deliver the project, then archived or deleted on request. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data and are retained as long as useful.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message.
Access, correct, or delete your information - just email info@wisdomsystems.ai and we'll handle it.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights over your data. We honor them regardless of where you are.

Children

This site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated by email where appropriate.
