Wisdom Systems AI brings building-operations experience to the design of BrainBuild. The focus is access to records, source review, and human judgment. BrainBuild is not a life-safety system.
Wisdom Systems AI comes from Chicago high-rise chief engineering. The 50-story kind, where the domestic water, fire pumps, boilers, and elevators are somebody's responsibility at 2 AM, and that somebody has to be right.
In high-rise operations, information errors can have serious consequences. That experience informs our approach: verify source records, involve qualified employees, define escalation procedures, and evaluate a limited workflow before expanding it.
BrainBuild explores how AI-assisted retrieval can support repetitive information work. Its suitability depends on the documents, configuration, and evaluation of a defined workflow. An AI answer is not a substitute for qualified inspection or an approved procedure.
BrainBuild is for employees at residential management companies, mid-rise and high-rise owner-managers, and condo high-rise owners, not residents. Qualified employees remain responsible for decisions and must independently verify information.

The first paid build defaults to Hosted Cloud. We host, your employees sign in. If work must stay on the property, we plan that after the assessment. We do not sell or lease equipment.
You are not renting your own knowledge
Agree on ownership, use rights, export formats, documentation, and exit assistance in the service agreement. Third-party software and licenses may limit portability.
