The problem

Don't let 30 years walk out the door.

Your chief retires Friday. The quirk on air handler 7, the valve mislabeled for 15 years, the vendor who picks up at 3AM. It all leaves with him. Your new hire learns it the hard way, at 2AM, with tenants waiting.

RISK
Critical building knowledge is often concentrated in a small number of experienced people.
BrainBuild starts by identifying which procedures, exceptions, equipment histories, and vendor relationships would be hardest to replace.
The clock is the cost

2AM. A pipe lets go.

Water spreads by the minute. Time lost in the binders is water through the ceiling. Seconds to the right valve is the whole game.

Cost of turnover

Turn experience into a usable operating record

When essential knowledge lives in one person's head, every transition becomes slower and riskier. BrainBuild turns approved experience into a source-linked operating record new and existing staff can use.

Cost of disorganization

The compliance audit

Inspector wants the fire pump test from 18 months ago. Search scattered binders, or retrieve the approved record with its source attached?

See it work

Ask in plain words. Get the exact answer.

Every answer comes from your building's own documents, with the exact source linked. If it's not in your files, it says so. When approved evidence is missing or conflicting, it refuses or escalates instead of inventing a procedure. Local retrieval can run without per-question fees.

Tap a question to see the engine answer it. Your engineer stays in charge. Always check safety-critical steps before acting.

Every document, linked and ready to open.

The engine turns your raw files into a linked library that keeps itself in order. Tap any card to open it. QR tags on the gear open the same memory in the field, over the secure building network. No public internet needed.

Private by design
Your building's memory. Nobody else's.

BrainBuild supports deployment choices based on your building's security and operating needs. On an Edge or Private deployment, approved local questions can be answered inside the building network without public internet when the appliance, power, and local network are available. Hosted uses an isolated managed environment. Data handling, retention, and model-use rules are documented in the deployment architecture, provider policy, and client agreement.

Deployment options

One engine.
Three ways to deploy it.

The deployment is selected by operational consequence, not marketing theater. If losing access for several hours matters, put the intelligence inside the building. Same engine, same cited answers, same WisdomCare loop either way.

01 Hosted Fast start · no hardware
02 Edge High-rise standard
03 Private Maximum local control
Lower upfront cost

Wisdom Hosted

Central hosting · no on-site appliance
  • Your own dedicated building engine, accessed through the internet under the agreed client data policy.
  • Best for smaller properties that accept internet dependence.
  • Browser access and approved cloud integrations when connected.
  • Start fast. Move to Edge anytime and take the whole library with you.

High-rise standard

Wisdom Edge

On-site appliance · you own the box · local intelligence
  • I build, load, install, and train your crew. You own the hardware and the library.
  • Approved building questions remain available locally when public internet is down, provided the appliance, power, and building network are available.
  • Local browser access from staff phones, offline work-order queue.
  • Approved cloud services and systems of record when connected. QR tags on the gear.
Apply for Edge →
By application

Wisdom Private

Flagship, sensitive, or high-use properties
  • A dedicated on-site AI system runs the complete local stack.
  • Flagship-class local models, higher concurrent staff usage.
  • Local OCR, vision, and multiple local specialist agents.
  • Optional central and cloud connectivity, on your terms.

Ownership plus ongoing care

The install captures the knowledge.
WisdomCare keeps it trustworthy.

Own the system without being forced into cloud AI fees. Wisdom Core is the one-time deployment. WisdomCare adds monitoring, updates, retrieval testing, connector support, and a controlled allowance for approved cloud models. And the engine learns: questions it can't answer are logged, validated by your staff, and woven into the knowledge base. It gets smarter shift by shift.

Questions

Answers before you ask.

What building teams want to know before BrainBuild moves in.

What exactly is BrainBuild?
A private knowledge engine for your building. It reads your O&M manuals, shift logs, work orders, drawings, and photos, then answers questions in plain words with the exact source linked. Internal and staff-only: not a resident app, not leasing, not billing.
Does any of our data leave the building?
On an Edge or Private deployment, approved local questions can be answered inside your building network. Hosted uses an isolated managed environment. The final architecture, data flows, retention, and model-use restrictions are documented in the provider policy and client agreement.
What AI is doing the answering?
Local open-weight models can handle approved routine retrieval on the engine itself. Optional cloud models are used only under a client-approved provider policy and may carry provider usage costs.
Can we prohibit a specific AI provider?
Yes. Each client receives a provider policy defining preferred, approved, and prohibited providers. Local-only operation and client-owned API keys are also supported.
Can we trust it in an emergency?
Supported answers are designed to cite approved building documents. When evidence is missing or conflicting, the system qualifies, refuses, or escalates rather than inventing a safety-critical procedure. It remains decision support for qualified staff, not a replacement for official procedures or engineering judgment.
Does Wisdom guarantee that AI will never be wrong?
No responsible system should make that claim. Wisdom reduces unsupported answers through approved sources, structured responses, citations, conflict detection, policy checks, canonical answers, testing, and human escalation.
What happens when a 30-year engineer retires?
Their know-how is captured in the engine before they walk out the door, so the answer to "which valve at 2AM" lives in the building, not in one person's memory. New hires can reach useful answers sooner, with qualified staff still validating high-consequence work.
How does pricing work?
By application, scoped to your building. Wisdom Core is the one-time deployment. WisdomCare and WisdomCare Plus are the ongoing care plans that keep the memory current and trustworthy. Local retrieval is not billed per question. Any optional cloud-model usage is defined in the client scope, and you own the library either way.
Can we start Hosted and move on-site later?
Yes. Hosted is the starter rung. When you are ready for an on-site Edge appliance, your library moves with you and you own the hardware. Same engine, same cited answers, same WisdomCare loop.
Is this for residents?
No. The current product is strictly for authorized building, property-management, engineering, maintenance, and operations staff.
Ready when you are

Capture the 30 years
before they retire.

Tell us about your building and what is stuck in one person's head. You get a call and a plan: Hosted or Edge install, then WisdomCare so the memory compounds. No sales pitch. No lock-in. You own the library.
