What building teams want to know before BrainBuild moves in.
What exactly is BrainBuild?
A private knowledge engine for your building. It reads your O&M manuals, shift logs, work orders, drawings, and photos, then answers questions in plain words with the exact source linked. Internal and staff-only: not a resident app, not leasing, not billing.
Does any of our data leave the building?
On an Edge or Private deployment, approved local questions can be answered inside your building network. Hosted uses an isolated managed environment. The final architecture, data flows, retention, and model-use restrictions are documented in the provider policy and client agreement.
What AI is doing the answering?
Local open-weight models can handle approved routine retrieval on the engine itself. Optional cloud models are used only under a client-approved provider policy and may carry provider usage costs.
Can we prohibit a specific AI provider?
Yes. Each client receives a provider policy defining preferred, approved, and prohibited providers. Local-only operation and client-owned API keys are also supported.
Can we trust it in an emergency?
Supported answers are designed to cite approved building documents. When evidence is missing or conflicting, the system qualifies, refuses, or escalates rather than inventing a safety-critical procedure. It remains decision support for qualified staff, not a replacement for official procedures or engineering judgment.
Does Wisdom guarantee that AI will never be wrong?
No responsible system should make that claim. Wisdom reduces unsupported answers through approved sources, structured responses, citations, conflict detection, policy checks, canonical answers, testing, and human escalation.
What happens when a 30-year engineer retires?
Their know-how is captured in the engine before they walk out the door, so the answer to "which valve at 2AM" lives in the building, not in one person's memory. New hires can reach useful answers sooner, with qualified staff still validating high-consequence work.
How does pricing work?
By application, scoped to your building. Wisdom Core is the one-time deployment. WisdomCare and WisdomCare Plus are the ongoing care plans that keep the memory current and trustworthy. Local retrieval is not billed per question. Any optional cloud-model usage is defined in the client scope, and you own the library either way.
Can we start Hosted and move on-site later?
Yes. Hosted is the starter rung. When you are ready for an on-site Edge appliance, your library moves with you and you own the hardware. Same engine, same cited answers, same WisdomCare loop.
Is this for residents?
No. The current product is strictly for authorized building, property-management, engineering, maintenance, and operations staff.
